Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of genuine natural leather and cowhide, all sales are considered final.

We only accept returns, refunds, or replacements if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at yananaidiuk@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.

Because each piece is crafted individually from genuine natural materials, variations in texture, pattern, hair placement, color, wrinkles, markings, and grain are considered part of the uniqueness of the product and are not regarded as defects.

Personalized items, custom-made pieces, made-to-order products, pre-orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return or refund request is approved, we will provide further instructions via email.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, this right does not apply to personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, or pre-order items created specifically for you.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
